What is Lubbock Escapes?
Lubbock Escapes provides you with an extraordinary opportunity to experience a real-life adventure! You, along with your family, friends, or complete strangers, must solve a series of puzzles, decipher a series of clues, and apply logic and reasoning to escape from each of the Lubbock Escapes scenarios. Once your group is locked in the room, the clock starts counting down and you will have exactly one hour to escape.

How much does this incredible Adventure Cost?
$20 per person, plus applicable taxes and fees. That's quite the bargain considering you'll have a great time and a great story to tell your friends, family, and co-workers!
How do we pay? Please, take my money!
Lubbock Escapes rooms are generally booked online with a valid credit card. If you need to make some other arrangement, we're pretty flexible and want you to have a good time.
How many people can play? And I Don't want to play with strangers.
Lubbock Escapes' rooms are best experienced with between 2-8 players. We know that a number of you don't like the idea of playing with strangers, so we don't make you. If you book the room, its yours. Please keep in mind the game is more fun with more people.
Is there an age limit?
The level of difficulty varies from room to room and from clue to clue; however, our rooms are appropriate for children of all ages! Children ages 7-12 are encouraged to participate but must be accompanied by an adult. Children 6 and under are free.
How do we play?
When should we arrive for our Adventure?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your game is scheduled. Before your game begins you will have an opportunity to freshen up and have one of our friendly gamemasters brief you on your adventure. You will not be allowed to join a game already in progress.
What should we bring?
Your wits! Everything else your group needs to escape will be inside your scenario. However, if your vision is less than perfect, you may benefit from a set of reading glasses so that you can read small print.
What shouldn't we bring?
We're generally not big fans of cell phones and cameras in the rooms. Get caught taking pictures and you'll be asked to leave. Lubbock Escapes provides convenient storage bins in each of the rooms to store your electronics and other personal items.
Grouchy and unpleasant people are also frowned upon.
Is it scary? Is it dangerous?
Lubbock Escapes is neither dangerous nor scary. Your experience will almost certainly cause you to experience a sense of thrilling tension.
Your group is never actually locked in a room and your escape attempt is monitored by our gamemasters via closed-circuit video and audio.
Lubbock Escapes is fun for all ages.
How difficult are your rooms?
Lubbock Escapes has four rooms: Hard Time, Uncle Eddie's Bunker, Murder on Broadway Street, and Outbreak.
Although all of our rooms are challenging and require you and your team to think, in our experience Hard Time is our best room for new players, Murder on Broadway Street is our most challenging room, and and Uncle Eddie's Bunker is somewhere in-between. Our newest room, Outbreak, is challenging.

Parking
Parking is available in our exclusive, private, and luxurious parking spaces located directly in front of Lubbock Escapes. They look just like ordinary parking spaces, but really, they're special!
What if I need to change my reservation? What if I need to cancel my game?
You may reschedule or cancel all or part of your reservation up to three (3) hours before your reservation. There will be no rescheduling options or refunds after that time.
What if I am late for my game?
We get it. Life happens and we do our best to accommodate our customers. However, we may deduct time from your sixty minutes so that our next reservation can start on time.
